See above Liked: The location in proximity to Newport Beach is the biggest selling point. Disliked: The room was old and dingy. It was not dirty, just everything was worn and old. No iron available in the room or entire facility.

All in all its what i expected and would highly consider staying again for a cheap night stay. Liked: location about 1.5miles from newport beach was exeptional, the $85 night rate was great, ice machine was generous, i was able to find an electrical outlet to charge my electric bikes on facility, check in and out was quick, easy, adequate. Disliked: some of the east side of the motel residents looked very questionable, there were a couple electrical outlets in the parking lot but neither were functioning, there was no morning breakfast items despite reading some info online indicating there were some breakfast items. the furniture in the room was very old, smelled very old, worked fine but looked and smelled dated.
